The Recruitment Center

The goal of the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association’s Recruitment Center is to provide participating health centers with the highest quality and most effective candidate sourcing and screening activities for the purpose of recruiting and retaining health care professionals in the bi-state.

Member organizations utilizing recruitment services receive placement assistance and job opportunity postings through the Recruitment Center. IA/NEPCA staff ensures the hiring process proceeds smoothly and provides ongoing support and information. Health care professionals may utilize the Recruitment Center as a career service center and receive placement assistance. The Recruitment Center assists candidates in finding the right practice or career opportunity.
