Member Information
IA/NEPCA member organizations can register with the Recruitment Center for Tier 1 recruitment services for an annual fee. By registering, each member organization can take advantage of the following services:
- An unlimited number of job opportunity postings on the National Rural Recruitment and Retention (3R Net) web site and five other online sources including the Recruitment Center job board.
- Recruit from Iowa and Nebraska health professional training program.
- Candidate interview to assess qualifications, interests, needs, and priorities.
- Referrals of candidates who have expressed an interest in the job opportunity.
- Job opening promotion at numerous conferences.
Member organizations may also contract for Tier 2 recruitment services for an additional fee. The organizations will receive the Tier 1 services as well as the following:
- An intensive, direct search for viable candidates for the opportunity listed. This includes recruitment and database exploration of outside resources.
- An on-site visit by a Recruitment Center representative to the member center where the opportunity is listed.
Placement fees are as follows:
- Physicians and Dentists: $12,000
- Physician Assistants and Nurse Practioners: $6,000
