INConcertCare is a non-profit organization that has been created to improve the delivery of accessible, efficient, coordinated, quality, and appropriate health care services for the medically underserved of Iowa and Nebraska through the creation of an integrated service delivery practice network. 

The network’s goals are to redesign integrated information technology support systems, develop and implement a staffed technical assistance help desk, enhance network members televideo capabilities and usage, develop best practice financial management functions, and re-engineer integrated clinical operations to improve clinical value (efficiency and quality).
