Mission

The mission of Crescent Community Health Center is to improve and maintain the health and well being of our communities by providing affordable, client-friendly, comprehensive, quality health care services in collaboration with other community resources.

Crescent Community Health Center is Iowa's first state-funded health center. The center will be operation in Spring 2006.
