Clinical Programs

  • Proteus provides care using a PA-Voucher Referral System.  The majority of contacts are made in the field, away from the office locations.  In other words, the project takes the primary health care services to the patients.  When patients require additional services, referrals are made to local providers that are reimbursed by the project.  The majority of staff is bilingual and/or bicultural to assist in appropriate service delivery.
