Executive Director

Jennifer Lightbody is the Executive Director of Peoples Community Health Clinic, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Waterloo, Iowa.  She earned a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Iowa in Hospital and Health Administration and is a past president of the Iowa Public Health Association.  Prior to her current position she was Executive Director of Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City and Director of the Siouxland District Health Department.

Ms. Lightbody currently serves on the Board of the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association, Global Health Corps Advisory Council and Project Export Center of Excellence Advisory Board, University of Northern Iowa, and the National Association of Community Health Centers Legislative Committee.
