Director of Health Center

Jeff Tracy joined Panhandle Community Services as its Community and Migrant Health Center Director in July of 2005.  Prior to joining Panhandle Community Services Jeff worked for many years in western Nebraska as a mediator and facilitator for the Center for Conflict Resolution and then as a private consultant.  As a private consultant he worked on the issues of HIV/AIDS, homelessness and racial discrimination.  Since 2000, Jeff has worked as the Chadron Community Hospital Health Services Ryan White Title III Program coordinator. 

In addition to his current work Jeff is a volunteer mediator, a mentor and continues to be active in HIV/AIDS issues.
