Mission

The mission of Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa is to deliver accessible and high-quality primary and preventive health care in the southern Iowa region without regard to ability to pay.

Clinical Programs

The center seeks to reduce heath problems through suitable primary and behavioral care, health education, and disease prevention activities. CHCSI works with patients so that they learn better how to take control of their own health. The center is more than a medical practice. It offers significantly expanded services and works with hospitals, county health departments, and other health care providers in the area. Services offered by the CHCSI include:
