Executive Director

Cecelia Creighton joined Council Bluffs Community Health Center in June of 2007 as Executive Director. Before joining Council Bluffs Community Health Center, Ms. Creighton served as Executive Director of Peoples' Health Center from 2003. Prior to this, Ms. Creighton served as Chief Financial Officer for Charles Drew Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska and Finance Director for New Community Development Corporation, also in Omaha.  She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business Management and a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management.
