Vendor Information
Electrical / AV Needs
Vendors are responsible for all electrical costs beyond one 110 volt outlet per exhibit table. Hi-speed internet and other AV equipment are availabe for rent through the hotel (515-223-1800)
Set up & Tear Down
Vendors will receive event credentials on Wednesday morning, April 16th at 7:30 a.m. and may begin to set up your exhibit then. The vendor area will open at 10:00 a.m.
Shipping & Receiving
All exhibit packages sent to the hotel should be clearly marked with the event name, booth name, on-site contact person and date of event.
Miscellaneous
The hotel allows no outside food and beverage in event space (exception to the rule: small candies at your exhibit booth/table are allowed).
