Our Mission

The Mission of the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association is to provide development, support services and programs to its member community and migrant health centers. 

Iowa and Nebraska community and migrant health centers exist to provide affordable, accessible and acceptable primary health care to Iowans and Nebraskans.

The role of the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association:

·         Promote the concept of quality, primary, preventative and ameliorative health care through a comprehensive primary health care delivery system.

·         Provide a forum allowing primary care practitioners, health care center and clinic administrators, health department professionals and political and community leaders to interact and share information.

·         Monitor federal and state legislation to assure the primary care needs of Iowans and Nebraskans and adequately reflected in public policy.

·         Sponsor conferences, training opportunities and workshops on topics of interest throughout the year.
